Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Lead with 5-9 years of expertise in Oracle database development, performance tuning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex database solutions, leading a team of developers, optimizing database performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL programs including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex SQL queries.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
Review code and ensure adherence to database development standards and best practices.
Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL programs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead data migration, data integration, and database enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate with application development teams, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust database solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and performance-related issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across projects.
Participate in release planning, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills
5-9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL Development.
Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Collections, Cursors, and Exception Handling.
Experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored programs.
Strong knowledge of Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Execution Plans, Indexing, and Database Monitoring.
Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar database development tools.
Good understanding of Database Design, Data Modeling, Normalization, and Data Warehousing Concepts.
Experience in handling large-volume databases and transactional applications.
Exposure to Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
