Ticket handling and fault troubleshooting of ZTE IMS and cloud nodes in the network. Performing routine Health checkup of all in scope application and Infra. Mail acknowledgement, WhatsApp responses. L2 analysis of faults, KPI degradation in the network and alarm handling. Responding to customer queries. Performing and validating system backups. Supporting L1 team for impact analysis, notification, etc.
