Python, AI/ Generative AI Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITY Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in Python development and data automation. Knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM), data masking, synthetic data generation, and data privacy regulations. Build, maintain, and optimize Python-based automation solutions to streamline operational processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency. Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions to enhance platform capabilities, automate workflows, and drive intelligent decision-making. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions. Leverage AI/ML technologies, generative AI, and automation frameworks to improve productivity and operational effectiveness. Design and implement APIs and backend services using Python to support enterprise applications and automation initiatives. Identify opportunities for TDM modernization through process automation, AI adoption, and user experience improvements. Monitor solution performance, analyze user feedback, and continuously enhance applications based on business needs. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, accessibility, and enterprise architecture standards. Troubleshoot application, automation, and integration issues while providing timely resolutions. Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and continuous improvement programs to drive digital transformation. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused AI and automation solutions. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in python, AI. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. EXPERIENCE 3-6 years of experience in Python development, workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise application modernization, with a focus on improving user experience and operational efficiency. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, data processing, API development, and workflow orchestration. Experience in developing AI and Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI frameworks. Knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM) concepts including data masking, synthetic data generation, data subsetting, and test data provisioning. Expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations. Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of data analysis, data transformation, and data quality validation techniques. Familiarity with Generative AI use cases for test data generation, intelligent automation, data classification, and process optimization. Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Experience with data privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to test data management. Ability to design and implement automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities and drive innovation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and implement solutions that enhance TDM capabilities and user productivity.
