Will be responsible for resolving internal design / handed over concerns related to 3W product

Field Data analysis & identfy action to close the concerns

Customer field complaints study & deplyment of ICA / PCA by 2x2 matrix effectivity of actions

Ensureing field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure in mfg / design to meet organisation targets

Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report,in XL/ PPT for function

Conclusion of JI / dealer visit & ensure closure on time to delight customer

Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns

Speedy & time bound closure of CC emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns

Dealer / supplier or other plant location visit for benchmarking good thing & deployment

Frequent connect with design team for handovering data / analysis & ensure action speed / CPN project

12 Lesson learn sharing with objective justification for new product development

13 Review & monitoring CAPEX / Revenue budget as per target

14 Monitoring effectiveness of EN ( Change management ) / Connect with CC team

Exposure of IMS and IATF

Experience

8-12 years of experience in Automobile (PVT)
