About the job

Manager, Product Management — Sourcing & Procurement

Zora AI™ by Deloitte | Deloitte Consulting Products (USI)

About the Role

Zora AI™ by Deloitte is Deloitte's agentic AI platform, delivering role- and function-specific products — including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer, and Human Capital — built on the NVIDIA AI stack and underpinned by Deloitte's Trustworthy AI™ framework.

Deloitte is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own the Sourcing & Procurement product area within Zora AI end-to-end. Based in US-India (USI Office), you'll own the roadmap, the team, and the outcomes for a defined slice of the procurement portfolio — spanning requisitioning, sourcing and RFx, contract management, supplier onboarding and collaboration, and purchase-to-pay — turning real practitioner pain points into digital workers that deliver measurable value. You'll set direction in partnership with the Product Lead, run discovery and delivery across multiple workstreams, and bring deep procurement domain expertise to every decision, all while ensuring trust, adoption, and business impact for enterprise users.

This is a builder's role with real ownership: you're accountable not just for what your team ships, but for the vision, prioritization, and people behind it. You'll work closely with US-based product owners, sponsors, and offering leaders, and you'll mentor and grow the Consultants and Analysts around you.

Key Responsibilities

Own Your Product

Own the roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for the Sourcing & Procurement product area, and take a lead role — alongside the Product Lead — in shaping the 12–18 month vision and strategy
Make prioritization and trade-off calls across multiple workstreams (requisition, sourcing/RFx, contract management, supplier onboarding, purchase-to-pay), sequencing by value, effort, and readiness
Define and own the KPIs that prove impact: adoption, efficiency gains, cost reduction, supplier performance, and workflow completion
Know when something isn't working — flag it early, make the case to change course, and retire low-value work fast

Discover & Validate

Lead discovery to understand procurement practitioners, category managers, and finance stakeholders, and translate what you hear into prioritized, high-value use cases
Frame and test hypotheses through user research, prototypes, and competitive analysis of procurement platforms before committing to build at scale
Use generative and evaluative research to continuously answer "are we building the right thing?" and "are we building it right?"

Ship as One Team

Take features and agent capabilities from concept through define, shape, build, and scale
Own PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for agent behaviors, tool use, human-in-the-loop patterns, and exception handling across your product area
Run sprint planning, reviews, and the daily cadence that keeps delivery moving with engineering, data science, and design
Own launch, adoption, and iteration — instrument the product and act on what the telemetry and voice-of-customer data show
Work in an AI-native way, using AI and agentic workflows across discovery, build, and delivery

Trust & Governance

Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to define evaluation approach, monitoring plans, auditability, and governance requirements aligned to the Trustworthy AI™ framework
Own trust and audit-readiness outcomes for your product area, including policy adherence and reduction of high-severity model risks

Clients & Go-to-Market

Stay close to clients — lead demos, discovery sessions, and feedback conversations with procurement leaders and category managers, and turn what you hear into roadmap decisions
Own go-to-market inputs for your area: positioning, pricing/packaging input, demos, and enablement, partnering with sales, alliances, and delivery on pursuits, pilots, and launches
Stay fluent in the market realities shaping procurement products: data privacy, ERP/CRM ecosystems, connector marketplaces, and SaaS vs. on-prem considerations

Work Across the Network & Lead the Team

Partner with Deloitte Consulting Delivery and Practice teams across India to align the product area with delivery capacity and real client needs
Mentor and develop the Consultants and Analysts on your team, raising the bar on product craft, and act as the go-to escalation point for your product area
Collaborate with Sourcing & Procurement SMEs to collect product feedback and establish an advisory council

Key Deliverables

Owned roadmap and delivery for the Sourcing & Procurement product area, with direct input into broader portfolio strategy
PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria across all agent capabilities in your area
Use-case catalog and prioritization framework (value, feasibility, risk, readiness)
MVP/pilot plans with success metrics, rollout phases, and scale criteria
Trust & governance artifacts: evaluation approach, monitoring plan, audit/logging requirements
Release plans and launch-readiness inputs (docs, training, demo scripts, enablement)
Customer feedback loop: telemetry dashboards, voice-of-customer insights, iteration plan
Development plans and coaching cadence for direct reports/mentees

How Success Will Be Measured

Adoption: active users, repeat usage, workflow completion rates, feature utilization
Business impact: cycle-time reduction, cost-to-serve/spend reduction, supplier performance and exception-resolution improvements
Quality & reliability: task success rate, low rework/rollback rates, latency/uptime, healthy incident trends
Trust & compliance: audit readiness, policy adherence, governance review outcomes
Delivery excellence: roadmap predictability, on-time releases, stakeholder satisfaction
Team leadership: growth and performance of mentees/direct reports, delivery quality across the product area
Customer outcomes: pilot-to-scale conversion, referenceable wins in procurement engagements

Reporting Relationships

Reports to a Senior Manager / AVP of Product Management. Works as one team with engineering, data science, and design; partners with US-based product owners, sponsors, and offering leaders; collaborates with GTM, account, risk/compliance, and Deloitte Consulting Delivery and Practice teams across India. May mentor or informally guide Consultants and Analysts on the team.

Working Model & Stakeholders

Remote + hybrid model (typically 2–3 days onsite), with flexibility based on team and client needs, operating in agile product teams on a regular release cadence.

Core stakeholders: Engineering (platform + product squads), Data Science/Applied AI, Design/Research, Cybersecurity & Privacy, Risk/Legal/Compliance, Domain SMEs (procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance), Sales/Alliances/Delivery, and client-side procurement leaders, category managers, process owners, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

Required

8–12 years in product management or product ownership, including owning a product area end-to-end with measurable business outcomes
Track record of shipping products or major features from discovery to launch, and leading through ambiguity across multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong hands-on product craft: backlog, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and day-to-day partnership with engineering and design in an agile setup
Fluent in discovery and validation — user research, hypothesis testing, experimentation — not just delivery
Experience delivering products involving AI/ML (GenAI preferred), including evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops
Exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain — either as a product focus or through direct stakeholder work — with demonstrated ability to build domain depth quickly
Comfortable client-facing, including product demos and discovery with senior stakeholders
Experience mentoring or informally leading other product managers, owners, or analysts
Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, identity/SSO, RBAC, data pipelines)
Based in India, able to work virtually with US stakeholders on US-market direction and nuances

Preferred

Domain depth in procurement/sourcing (direct/indirect sourcing, RFx, spend analytics, supplier management, purchase-to-pay)
Experience with agentic architectures (tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, multi-agent patterns)
Familiarity with LLM evaluation (quality metrics, red-teaming, grounding, hallucination mitigation) and observability
Zero-to-one product or feature launch experience
Consulting, enterprise transformation, or platform product experience (shared services, reusable components, governance)
Experience with OCI/SAP/ERP/CRM ecosystems, S2P/ procurement suites, and connector marketplaces
Products, professional services, or enterprise-technology background

Core Competencies

Owns outcomes and team performance, not just outputs
Problem-obsessed and customer-centric
Strong product craft paired with delivery and governance discipline
Bias to action — ships, learns, iterates, and adjusts course early
Clear communicator across engineering, design, risk, and senior stakeholders
Data-driven, with sound judgment under ambiguity
Develops others — mentors and raises the craft of the team around them

Why This Role Matters

Great products are built by people who stay close to the user and close to the craft — and great product organizations are built by people who can also lead others to do the same. This role owns a strategically important slice of the procurement portfolio in Zora AI, from vision through delivery through governance, while growing the next generation of product talent in USI. It's where strong product managers step into broader ownership and prove they're ready for a portfolio.
