About the job

The Manager, People Programs & Workforce Transformation will lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle for GO-AI's associate workforce; spanning engagement, performance management, workforce mobility, instructional design, AI upskilling, internal communications, and leadership development. You will own the systems that determine how talent is assessed, certified, moved between programs, and prepared for an AI-augmented future. You will design the certification frameworks that feed automated workforce allocation tools, build the career architecture for roles evolving from manual annotation toward AI quality oversight, and ensure the high-volume hiring pipeline delivers associates who meet readiness standards from day one.

As GO-AI evolves from a labor-led service to a tech-enabled operation, this role is the engine of workforce transformation, ensuring associates are skilled for emerging AI-augmented work, leaders are developed at every level, and talent mobility systems connect workforce supply to program demand with minimal friction.

Drive leadership development programs, ensuring structured learning pathways exist at each career transition and measuring leadership effectiveness as a standard metric
Own retention and engagement levers including employee sentiment platforms, recognition programs, and communications that connect associates across India and Costa Rica to organizational direction
Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across India and Costa Rica, spanning program managers, instructional designers, communications specialists, and data insights analyst
