Understanding the requirements from CFs and working out with in-house or third party support.
Implementing projects for Continuous Improvements as an support to CFs.
Carry out Repairing of PCBs, PLC Modules, HMIs with the available facilities.
To guide P.U Maintenance Engineers in Day-to Day Breakdown jobs and Planned Jobs.
Identifying and implementing the Innovation concepts for sustaining RISE pillar.
Scheduling 6-Axis for improving the skills of the associates and based on the feedback and requirement further enhancing the facilities in the lab.
Health check-up of electronics and electrical gadgets.
Monitor No.of Incidences and Downtime of PLC systems for further analysis and CAPA.coordinate IT Security initiatives at plant services and Safety
