Lead Technical Trainer

Job Responsibilities Design structured, role-based training programs across Java, Spring, Hibernate, Generative AI, and related technologies. Deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and bootcamps with strong hands-on components (labs, projects, case studies). Convert business problems into practical exercises and real use cases. Create learning assets: content decks, labs, assignments, assessments, and reference guides. Measure training effectiveness through adoption, project completion, and business impact (not attendance or feedback scores alone). Mentor learners during implementation and support post-training application. Continuously update curriculum based on latest tools, trends, and enterprise needs. Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.
