Your Role

Lead Pharma AMS assessments and evaluate application portfolios across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.

Drive end-to-end solutioning for AMS opportunities, including workshops, discovery sessions, and solution architecture design.

Lead RFP, RFI, and proposal response activities, including effort estimation, pricing, and delivery strategy development.

Develop application rationalization and modernization recommendations to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

Create transformation roadmaps that align technology investments with business and operational objectives.

Define AMS operating models, governance structures, SLAs, KPIs, and service management frameworks.

Conduct application inventory assessments, criticality mapping, transition planning, and risk assessments for managed services engagements.

Ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV, Data Integrity, and validation lifecycle requirements.

Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and vendor partners to drive transformation initiatives.

Support business growth by leading strategic pursuits, building innovative AMS solutions, and delivering measurable revenue, margin, and client success outcomes.

Your Profile

Possesses 18-25 years of experience in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation and AMS programs.

Demonstrates proven P&L ownership and revenue contribution, supporting business growth through solutioning, presales, and strategic client engagements.

Brings deep expertise across the pharmaceutical value chain, including R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial domains.

Has extensive experience leading AMS assessments, application portfolio analysis, and transformation roadmap initiatives.
