Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Job Brief: Manage the product vision into an actionable backlog to best achieve goals. Responsible for defining and managing the scope of requirements, including defining functional and non-functional requirements for products delivery within the US Healthcare industry. Lead scrum team to define product deliverables and PI commitments. Build partnerships with stakeholders & collaborate to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI. Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide cross functional Agile software development teams. Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog. Manage the product vision into actionable backlog, order backlog items to best achieve goals. Develop appropriate detailed specifications (user stories) for the product features so they are clearly understood by the agile development teams. Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions from the scrum teams. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced and ambiguous environment QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business, technology or related field and product certification preferred. Requires a Graduation / post-graduate degree in healthcare, pharmacy, business administration, or a related field. PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Software, Product Owner experience Strongly preferred Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field and product certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
