Project Manager I - Telco Engineering

Job Summary The CDH will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering telecom projects within defined scope, timeline, quality, budget, revenue and profits. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, customer relationships, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of telecom network infrastructure, including Wireless, RAN, RF, Transmission, Fiber, and Telecom Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in telecom operations, RF troubleshooting, and RAN technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G networks. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution • Lead end-to-end telecom project lifecycle from initiation to closure. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. • Coordinate deployment activities for telecom network rollouts, upgrades, modernization, and optimization projects. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external vendors. • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Resource & Team Management • Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, RF Engineers, RAN Engineers, Field Technicians, Fiber Teams, Transmission Teams, and Vendor Partners. • Monitor team performance and ensure optimal resource utilization. • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making to remove project roadblocks. Budget & Financial Management • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures. • Ensure project profitability and adherence to financial targets. • Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and project-related financial reports. • Responsible for Circle Gross profit and revenues. Risk & Compliance Management • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, telecom regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. • Monitor quality assurance and project governance processes.
