Snowflake, Data 360 , SFMC Description: JOB POSITION Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a 5+ years experienced candidate with expertise in Snowflake Data Warehousing, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), SQL development, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data integration solutions. Associate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Snowflake data warehouse solutions, building scalable data pipelines, and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud components including Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Should be able to work independently and possess strong communication skills. Experience in integrating Snowflake with Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS services, and enterprise applications is preferred. Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL, Stored Procedures, Tasks, Streams, Performance Tuning, Data Modeling, and Salesforce Data Cloud implementation is required. Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, AppFlow, and Python scripting is highly desirable. Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting data integration issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver Customer 360 and analytics solutions will be an added advantage. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Perform analysis and develop a deep understanding of existing Snowflake data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Salesforce Data Cloud integrations. support Redshift to Snowflake migration activities, including assessment, schema conversion, data migration, performance optimization, testing, and production deployment. Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake database objects including tables, views, streams, tasks, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support enterprise data and analytics requirements. Build and manage Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution rules, Calculated Insights, and Customer 360 profiles. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support data transformation, reporting, performance tuning, and data validation requirements. Develop and support data integration solutions between Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS services, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise applications. Validate data loads and transformations to ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems. Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including query tuning, warehouse utilization, storage optimization, and workload management. Support UAT, production deployments, and post-release issue resolution, including data reconciliation, root cause analysis, and defect fixes. Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, integration processes, data mappings, ETL workflows, and operational procedures. Enforce data governance, security, privacy, and best practices across Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable Customer 360 and analytics solutions. Support production environments by monitoring data loads, resolving incidents, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational standards. QUALIFICATION Graduates having Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering Experience in IT services working as a software developer US Healthcare knowledge/experience. EXPERIENCE Interest in taking ownership of products, projects, and migration initiatives. Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges. Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure. Interest in studying and learning new technologies and industry trends. 5+ years of work experience in Snowflake Data Warehousing, SQL development, and Data Engineering, with experience in Redshift-to-Snowflake migration and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
