"• Health Care knowledge • System Analysis • SQL & Data Analysis • Agile / SDLC • Generative AI & Prompt Engineering" Job Description: We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare domain, System Analysis, SQL, Data Analysis, Agile/SDLC, and Generative AI & Prompt Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, evaluating data and processes, and translating requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system and functional requirements. Perform system analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis for new requirements and enhancements. Work with healthcare-related business processes, applications, and data. Use SQL for data analysis, validation, investigation, and troubleshooting. Analyze datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and data-quality issues. Prepare functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, and related documentation. Collaborate with business, development, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC. Participate in Agile activities including requirement discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance validation. Support defect analysis, root-cause investigation, and production issue resolution. Explore and apply Generative AI and Prompt Engineering techniques to support analysis and improve productivity where appropriate. Required Skills: Strong Healthcare domain knowledge. Strong experience in System Analysis and requirement analysis. Proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical/functional requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
