Primary Responsibilities:

Work with the engineering teams to help solve business problems

Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team's deliverables

Write high quality distributed system software

Decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions

Perform code review and mentor junior engineers

Should be flexible, adapting to meet the needs of the team, project, or product

Mentoring and developing other engineers on the team

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle - design, implementation, testing, CI/CD and production operations

Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

10+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Developer

2+ years of experience working in any cloud environment - Azure, AWS, GCP

Good knowledge on technology stack like Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Python,

Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing, and operations

Knowledge or working experience in AI/ML

Solid computer science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis
