About Position:

We are looking for a Java Kafka professional with 8–10 years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka-based event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and production-grade application development. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do:

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture

Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions for high-volume, distributed systems

Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with upstream and downstream systems

Work on Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, and message processing flows

Participate in application design, code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across environments

Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across development and production environments

Follow engineering best practices for clean code, unit testing, documentation, and agile delivery

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and backend application development

Good experience with Apache Kafka including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups

Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous messaging

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and coding best practices

Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar

Experience with build tools and frameworks such as Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred

Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, tune performance, and resolve defects effectively

Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams
