About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Lawson Technical Lead with strong expertise in Lawson Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing Lawson ERP solutions across financial and supply chain business functions. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting enterprise business processes, integrations, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Support and maintain Lawson financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Management.

Support Lawson Supply Chain modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, and related workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional, system, and operational issues within the Lawson environment.

Configure and maintain Lawson application settings, workflows, security, and business process controls.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities and ensure system readiness.

Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance for enhancements, fixes, and upgrades.

Manage production support activities and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Support integrations and interfaces between Lawson and enterprise systems.

Monitor and reconcile data flows between Lawson and third-party applications.

Develop and support operational, financial, and compliance reporting requirements.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial and supply chain systems.

Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, support procedures, and user guides.

Provide user training and support to improve adoption and business process effectiveness.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Vendor partners.

Expertise You'll Bring:

8 to 12 years of experience supporting Lawson ERP or Infor Lawson applications.

Strong expertise in Lawson Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Management.

Hands-on experience supporting Lawson Supply Chain modules including Procurement and Inventory Management.

Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain business processes.

Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.

Knowledge of Lawson security, user administration, and access controls.

Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

Strong experience with Lawson integrations, data interfaces, and reporting solutions.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Experience performing testing, validation, and release support activities.

Knowledge of data reconciliation, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and support critical business operations.
