Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – 60%)
•Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across various business functions.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
•Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking platforms.
•Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.
•Coordinate interview schedules, collect interviewer feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
•Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts in line with company guidelines.
•Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding of new hires.
•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•Drive employee referral programs and other recruitment initiatives.
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
•Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.
•Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness.
•Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary Responsibility – 40%)
•Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
•Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
•Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
•Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy.
•Generate HR letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
•Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data updates in the HRMS.
•Support probation reviews, confirmation processes, and employee documentation.
•Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, HR events, wellness programs, and Rewards & Recognition activities.
•Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.
•Support employee grievance handling and foster positive employee relations.
•Coordinate exit interviews, clearance processes, and Full & Final settlement documentation.
•Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, onboarding, and employee movements.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and statutory documentation requirements.
•Support internal and external HR audits by maintaining accurate records.
•Coordinate learning and development activities, training nominations, and training records.
•Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience through automation and process improvements.
Required Skills
Technical Competencies
•Strong understanding of IT recruitment and hiring methodologies.
•Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other recruitment tools.
•Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
