HR Business Partner

Act as HR Business Partner for business and functional teams. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower requirements and organizational development. Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management and retention. Handle employee relations, grievances and HR policy implementation. Support recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team. Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management. Work closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D and corporate functions. Requirements MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Agri Input, Fertilizer, Seeds, Biological, Crop Protection or related agriculture industry. Strong understanding of HRBP practices, employee engagement and performance management. Good communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and interact with senior management. Benefits Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
