Head of Client Enablement, Asset Servicing (India)

Role Summary

The Head of Client Enablement leads a centralized global organization based in India and Manila dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of Asset Servicing's client-facing teams. The role is responsible for building and scaling capabilities that help Client Owners, Client Service teams, and business leaders strengthen client relationships, improve client outcomes, and support business growth.

As a strategic partner to regional leadership, client-facing teams as well as the Client Management Practice Lead, this leader will deliver the insights, governance support, business intelligence, and operational capabilities that enable consistent execution and exceptional client experiences. The role will drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and scalable operating models while building a high-performing team focused on service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Enablement

Lead a centralized Client Enablement organization focused on increasing the effectiveness, capacity, and scalability of Asset Servicing's client-facing teams.

Deliver capabilities, tools, insights, and operational services that allow client teams to focus on relationship management, client retention, and business growth.

Establish service standards, operating models, and performance measures that drive consistency and excellence across regions.

Client Governance & Business Management

Oversee governance processes that support proactive management of client relationships, service performance, and business priorities.

Provide business management support, executive reporting, and coordination that enable effective decision-making by leadership teams.

Promote consistent client management practices and standards across Asset Servicing while recognizing the unique needs, risk profiles, and products and services associated with each client segment.

Client Intelligence & Insights

Deliver client intelligence, reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that support client engagement, retention, and growth.

Provide visibility into client satisfaction, relationship health, service trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.

Drive the effective use of client data, reporting capabilities, and client management tools to improve decision-making and execution.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Lead initiatives that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the experience of both clients and client-facing teams.

Leverage data, technology, automation, and AI to create scalable enablement capabilities and improve operational effectiveness.

Partner across business and technology teams to implement solutions that strengthen client service delivery and business performance.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service excellence.

Develop talent and create clear career paths that support long-term organizational success.

Foster strong partnerships with regional and global leaders to align priorities, optimize resources, and deliver measurable business value.

Client-facing teams spend more time with clients and less time on administrative and operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of experience in financial services, asset servicing, client management, business management, or a related field.

Proven experience leading global teams and building scalable enablement, operations, or shared services organizations.

Strong understanding of institutional client servicing, relationship management, and the operational needs of asset owners and asset managers.

Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

Experience with client relationship management platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the use of CRM data, reporting, and workflow tools to support client management and business decision-making.

Eligibility for Internal Partners
