As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join an innovative technology team dedicated to designing, building, and scaling high-performing applications. In this role, you will leverage modern front-end frameworks and Java-based microservices architecture to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend capabilities that support critical healthcare operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve full-stack software applications using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks

Build scalable RESTful web services and microservices architecture utilizing Spring Boot

Create responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces using frameworks such as React or Angular

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software engineering standards and enterprise design patterns

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions

Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high product quality

Collaborate with cloud, platform, and DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Salesforce experience

2+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI use case, Agentic AI

Experience with AI/ML tools and contract review processes

Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Search, and AI integrations

Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application architectures

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
