ABOUT THE ROLE

We need a Recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end not just filling seats, but finding the right humans for the right roles. Someone who can talk to a hiring manager, understand what they actually need (not just what's written in the JD), and go hunt for that person like it's personal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Running full-cycle recruitment sourcing to offer roll-out, no handholding needed.

Getting into the why behind every open role with hiring managers, not just ticking boxes.

Building a pipeline that doesn't dry up the moment one role closes.

Screening candidates for skill and fit we care about both.

Keeping candidates in the loop like you'd want to be kept in the loop (ghosting is not our vibe).

Tracking your numbers time-to-fill, source quality, offer acceptance and knowing what they mean, not just reporting them.

Being the first impression of TWT for every candidate make it count.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

3–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); [industry-specific experience, if relevant, e.g., FMCG/D2C/startup].

Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and referral networks.

Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable with data tracking pipelines, reporting on hiring metrics.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
