Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify B2B leads for facility management services, including housekeeping and allied solutions.

Engage with corporate decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels to identify new opportunities.

Schedule client meetings and site visits for the Sales/Business Development team.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Operations team to develop customized proposals.

Drive follow-ups on proposals, negotiations, and opportunities to maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat opportunities.

Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports covering calls, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.

Track daily work and business development activities and provide regular updates to management.

Contribute to overall sales strategy and business development initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
