Your Role
•Lead SAP FICO configuration, implementation, testing, and production support activities in SAP S/4HANA environments
•Drive core Finance & Controlling processes including G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Projects, EBS, and Bank Reconciliation
•Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
•Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements, country rollouts, validations, substitutions, Fiori applications, and user authorization requirements
•Troubleshoot complex business and system issues while ensuring high-quality solution delivery in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
•6+ years of total experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA
•Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP FICO S/4HANA implementations with expertise in configuration, testing, and support
•Strong knowledge of Validations, Substitutions, User Authorizations, Fiori Apps, FI Master Data, and financial accounting processes
•Basic understanding of SAP ABAP and familiarity with development lifecycle tools such as Jira, Transport Expresso, and related methodologies
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in global teams and present complex concepts to diverse audiences
