Technical Skills & Experience

Required:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal/PHP development

Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 9/10/11

Strong knowledge of PHP 8.x and Symfony

Experience developing custom Drupal modules, themes, plugins and services

Good understanding of Drupal Entity API, Form API, Plugin API, Configuration API, Views, Hooks and Dependency Injection

Experience with Composer and Drush

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

Strong experience with MySQL/MariaDB

Good hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript

Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

Experience with Angular components, services, routing, forms, HTTP Client and API integration

Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and SSO

Experience with Keycloak and/or Microsoft Entra ID

Strong hands-on experience with Docker

Good understanding of Kubernetes and Helm

Experience with CI/CD pipelines , preferably Azure DevOps/Jenkins

Strong knowledge of Git

Experience with PHPUnit and API/integration testing

Good understanding of OWASP and secure coding practices

Experience with SonarQube and vulnerability remediation

Experience with Drupal upgrades and migrations

Experience with Acquia Cloud Platform

Experience with Redis and Drupal performance optimisation

Experience with Azure or AWS

Experience with Behat, Cypress or Jest

Experience with microservices and API-driven architectures

Experience with Linux

Experience with Mend (WhiteSource)

Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal or other Drupal certification

Experience with Kubernetes/DevOps certifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
