Define and drive the HTCS AI strategy, technology roadmap, operating model, and prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities aligned to business and engineering needs.
Lead AI programs from opportunity identification and solution design through build, validation, deployment, adoption, scaling, and sustainment.
Provide strong technical direction across generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data and analytics, copilots, knowledge assistants, and related enterprise AI capabilities.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex problems into clear AI use cases, solution architectures, delivery plans, and measurable success criteria.
Hands-on lead the deployment of AI solutions within the organization, including pilots, production rollouts, integration with enterprise platforms, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
Establish repeatable standards, governance, and processes for AI use-case intake, feasibility assessment, data readiness, model or tool selection, validation, responsible AI review, deployment, and value realization.
Build and scale an AI operating rhythm covering portfolio governance, architecture and design reviews, delivery checkpoints, risk management, executive reporting, and benefits tracking.
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise expectations for cybersecurity, data privacy, legal compliance, responsible AI, reliability, quality, and operational support.
Drive adoption and capability building through technical playbooks, communities of practice, learning pathways, demonstrations, office hours, and knowledge transfer to business and function owners.
Mobilize cross-functional teams, resolve technical and organizational blockers, facilitate decisions, and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders, sites, and time zones.
Track and communicate outcomes using relevant measures such as adoption, active usage, productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, solution performance, and user satisfaction.
