Developer I - Software Engineering

We are looking for a motivated Developer I - Software Engineering to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies. Required Skills Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL. Understanding of web technologies and REST APIs is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
