Work across different industries, domains, platforms, and project requirements, adapting design approaches as needed.

Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences.

Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly explaining design decisions and recommendations.

Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders while maintaining design consistency and usability.

Contribute to design systems, UI libraries, style guides, and design standards where required.

Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design intent and user experience are maintained.

Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, design practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

Experience working on multiple projects across different domains/industries, preferably in a service or consulting environment.

Good understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

Hands-on experience with relevant design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.

Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications.

Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, colour, layout, spacing, grids, and design consistency.

Good understanding of responsive design and designing for different platforms and screen sizes.

Ability to understand and work within existing design systems and contribute to their evolution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design thinking and rationale clearly.
