About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving digital products that create value for customers and the business. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more product areas, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive exceptional customer experience while minimizing operating expense.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable driving long-term vision and executing day-to-day product delivery. You will use customer insights, business objectives, and data to prioritize investments, manage trade-offs, and continuously improve product performance.

As business priorities evolve, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple product domains and contribute wherever your product management expertise delivers the greatest impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Exercise sound product judgment by evaluating short-term and long-term opportunities, making thoughtful recommendations, and balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and strategic priorities to guide product direction and investment decisions.

Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and business requirements.

Develop product hypotheses and validate them through research, experimentation, and data analysis.

Use customer insights, product analytics, and key performance metrics to inform prioritization and product decisions.

Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and with measurable outcomes.

Drive adoption of modern technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and data-driven decision making where appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

5+ years of product management experience owning digital products from strategy through execution.

Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps and delivering customer-focused software products.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.

Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional business partners.

Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across multiple teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
