Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications.
Configure and customize EPBCS/PBC
Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes
Hands-on experience with application configuration, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports and integration.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Support users during planning cycles, month-end, and year-end activities.
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
