We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in at least these 2 ServiceNow modules HRSD, WSD and CSM along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM
Create and manage workflow, business rules, Ui policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports to meet business requirements.
Build Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, business rules, UI scripts and custom applications
Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front end development
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow including HRSD, WSD and CSM.
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
CIS- WSD / CIS- HRSD / CIS - CSM
