Engineer advanced prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent memory strategies.

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with enterprise knowledge sources.

Optimize cost, latency, observability, and reliability of AI applications.

Backend Engineering

Build scalable APIs and microservices using:

Python

FastAPI

Async Python development

Develop event-driven and distributed AI services.

Design secure API integrations with enterprise applications.

Enterprise Integrations

Integrate AI agents with:

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

SharePoint

Teams

Salesforce

ServiceNow

SAP

Jira

Databases and custom enterprise systems

Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, Entra ID, and enterprise security standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field

5 - 8 years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.

Experience in Agentic AI, AI Solutioning, Backend Engineering, Enterprise Integrations.
