Your work profile

Lead enterprise digital transformation engagements by combining business consulting, product strategy, and AI solution architecture. Partner with senior client stakeholders to define product vision, architect AI-powered solutions, and lead delivery teams using modern Agentic AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key skills required:

Lead client discovery workshops and translate business challenges into scalable digital products.

Define product vision, roadmaps, target architecture, and implementation strategy.

Design enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Anthropic MCP, Claude, Gemini, and Azure OpenAI.

Architect multi-agent systems, RAG, workflow orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise integrations.

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.

Provide architecture governance, technical leadership, and mentoring across engagements.

Support proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and business development initiatives.

Drive reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the consulting practice.

AI & Architecture : Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Anthropic MCP & Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, Prompt Engineering, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture

Technology : Python, .NET/C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Power Platform, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field

10–15+ years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.

Experience leading AI-enabled product development and enterprise modernization programs.

Strong client-facing consulting experience with C-suite and business stakeholders.

Cloud and AI certifications (Google, Microsoft, Anthropic) are advantageous.
