Locations: Dombivli, Chembur, Ghatkopar & Churchgate – Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduation is compulsory

CTC:
Dombivli: ₹30,000/month
Chembur: ₹27,456/month
Ghatkopar: ₹30,000/month
Churchgate: ₹30,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, printers and IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement and preventive maintenance.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
Troubleshoot LAN connectivity and basic network-related issues.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Handle user incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
Perform system patching, updates and routine maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure and network teams for escalated issues.
Provide on-site technical support to end users.
Required Skills
Good practical knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware .
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and component replacement .
Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop support .
Basic knowledge of LAN and network troubleshooting .
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and user-handling skills.
Additional Requirement
For the Chembur location, candidates must be IT graduates.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of relevant Desktop Support / IT Support experience .
Practical hands-on exposure to desktop support is mandatory.
