About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and market expansion. You will work closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client documentation.

Support the Business Development team in managing the sales pipeline and CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

Track and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.

Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at business growth and customer acquisition.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead generation techniques is an advantage.

Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or customer engagement activities is preferred.
