ABOUT THE ROLE .

Responsible for robotics and industrial automation, including robot programming, machine interfacing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program, install, commission, and troubleshoot Fanuc and KUKA robots.

Interface robots with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.

Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and automation controls.

Support CNC machine programming and integration with robotic systems.

Perform robot debugging, fault diagnosis, and breakdown troubleshooting.

Work with robotics hardware and software components for system optimization.

Support automation projects from installation through commissioning and production stabilization.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine productivity, reliability, and automation performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience on interfacing of Robots with machines

Experience on Programing / Installation / commissioning / debugging of Robots ( Fanuc / Kuka )

Experience of manufacturing processes.Good exposure of PLC programming.

Good exposure of CNC machines programmingUnderstanding of hardware / software components of robotics.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 8 yrs exp
