Your work profile
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain practice at Associate Director level. The role involves leading engagements across end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on Plan / Source / Make domains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains
Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients
Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps
Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development
Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning
Key skills required
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
MBA from Tier I / Tier II institutes
Experience:
7–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
Prior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred
Hands-on experience in following areas:
Demand / Supply Planning
Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Manufacturing / Shopfloor operations
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience in supply chain transformation / digital initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to supply chain tools/platforms
Experience in industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Cement, Chemicals, Pharma etc.
Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs
Leadership Expectations (Manager / AD)
Lead project workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to practice building and knowledge development
Drive team performance and engagement
