What You'll Do

The CT Talent Senior Manager will play a key regional role across AP (Asia Pacific), supporting the effectiveness and consistency of CD and Staffing across the region. The role will lead the AP CD and Staffing networks, manage important regional processes, and act as a regional subject matter expert and escalation point for local teams on operational, policy and process-related topics.

The individual will represent AP perspectives in relevant global forums, contribute to shaping regional and global priorities, and help translate global initiatives into effective regional execution. The role will also lead selected regional projects and initiatives, support capability building across local teams, and use analysis and insights to inform recommendations and decision-making.

This role will work closely and independently with local, regional and global stakeholders across CD, Staffing, Talent, Analytics and HRIS teams, navigating diverse system contexts with nuance and sound judgement and operating confidently across all levels of the organisation. This role reports to the AP CT Talent Management Senior Director.

Job responsibilities include:

Regional Business Partner and Centre of Excellence for CD and Staffing

Lead engagement with the AP Staffing and AP CD networks, setting agendas that support alignment on regional priorities, sharing of best practices, discussion of regional and global initiatives, and guidance on operational and strategic topics.

Represent AP perspectives in global CD, Staffing and HRIS discussions, bringing regional needs and experience into the development of global initiatives, processes and system enhancements, and supporting translation into effective regional execution.

Partner with regional, local and global stakeholders to shape and implement change, supporting the effective adoption of global projects and regional initiatives across AP.

Analyse People Survey and CDA Survey results and work with local teams to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities, providing guidance as needed.

Act as a regional subject matter expert and escalation point for CD and Staffing policies, processes and HRIS matters, helping drive consistency across markets and providing guidance on complex cases and exceptions.

Identify and scale opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies across CT Talent activities, improving own ways of working and supporting local teams to adopt approaches that enhance efficiency, effectiveness and value delivered.

Build capability across AP Staffing and CD teams through coaching, knowledge sharing, training and the development and scaling of best practices.

Management of Regional Processes

Drive regional cross-staffing activity, working with Staffing teams to address capacity and expertise imbalances across markets.

Manage the AP Partner promotion review process twice per year, coordinating key stakeholders and ensuring the process is delivered consistently and effectively.

Lead functional analyses and benchmarking as required, interpreting results, identifying key implications and developing recommendations for relevant stakeholders.

Manage the annual AP CD Advisor Survey in partnership with the Analytics team, including shaping the approach, interpreting results and working with regional and system stakeholders to translate insights into actions.

Provide oversight of access to relevant CD and Staffing HRIS systems, ensuring appropriate access, consistency and governance, and maintaining supporting stakeholder infrastructure where required.

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

Prior Staffing or CD experience and/or consulting experience in a professional services or global organisation strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Who You'll Work With

This role collaborates closely with local, regional and global teams within CD and Staffing, as well as with teams across other functions that support the Consulting Staff life cycle - from hiring and development to rewards, career progression and mobility.

The role requires regular interaction with senior regional and global stakeholders and a high degree of independence in managing relationships and progressing work within its remit.

This role reports to the AP CT Talent Management Senior Director.
