About the Role

You will contribute to the design, development, and support of business-critical applications and database solutions. In this role, you will help deliver reliable technology outcomes, solve complex technical challenges, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve.

You will work independently on day-to-day development activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, resolve production issues, and support strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain application and database solutions that support business objectives.

Analyze complex technical challenges and recommend effective, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.

Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable resolutions that improve system stability.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enhancements and project outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.

Contribute to project planning, estimation, and progress tracking to ensure successful delivery.

Apply source code management and release management practices to maintain quality and consistency across deployments.

Anticipate risks, manage competing priorities, and resolve non-routine issues that require technical judgment and ownership.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Solid experience in application development and database programming within enterprise environments.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.

Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience presenting technical analysis and recommendations in a business-focused context.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects or system enhancements.
