Manage operational delivery and stakeholder relationships for assigned clients. Provide specialized consulting advice based on engagement requirements and support executive-level decision-making.

Independently elicit requirements from the Claims business and translate business needs into strong reporting designs.

Define a target-state insights capability — not simply replicating existing reports, but identifying missing insights, prioritising them with the business, and mapping the path to an optimal solution.

Deliver hands-on in Power BI, from wireframing and prototyping through to finalised, production-grade reports (both enhancements and new builds).

Act as the senior reporting lead and single credible partner for the Claims team, setting direction and driving work forward proactively.
