Agronomist

The Biological Agronomist bridges the gap between agricultural biotechnology and practical field application. This role focuses on promoting sustainable, regenerative agriculture by designing, trialling, and executing crop management programs centred on the soil microbiome, plant immunity, and biological crop solutions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Microbiology, Plant Pathology, or a closely related agricultural science. Experience: 5+ years of agronomic experience, with a proven focus on agri-biologicals, bio stimulants, or organic/regenerative agriculture. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plant nutrition, plant-microbe interactions, the soil food web, and crop ecology. Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within rural regions for field visits and grower consulting. Benefits As per company standards
