•Three to five years of experience in programming or systems analysis within Agile delivery environments.
•Experience applying DevOps practices in a cloud environment.

•Broader knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud technologies.

•Structured troubleshooting across cloud networking, storage, platform capacity and performance.
•Operational support practices for business-critical cloud services.
•Cross-functional collaboration with architecture, security, design and delivery teams.
