Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot
•Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance.
•Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions.
•Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making
•Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
•Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
•Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs
•Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management
Eligibility & Skills:
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Technical Skills
•Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Comfortable using AI tools and AI first mindset
•Exposure to data analysis or dashboards (Power BI preferred) Behavioral Skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•High ownership & self starter
•Curious to learn about various business functions - Ops, Fin, Systems, Marketing etc
