Role Overview
We are seeking high-potential Program Manager to support strategic and operational projects across the organization. The role offers structured on-the-job training with hands on exposure to end-to-end project execution, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot
Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance.
Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs
Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management
Eligibility & Skills:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable using AI tools and AI first mindset
Exposure to data analysis or dashboards (Power BI preferred) Behavioral Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High ownership & self starter
Curious to learn about various business functions - Ops, Fin, Systems, Marketing etc
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
High learning agility with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Growth & Development
