Executive Reporting & Governance
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for leadership reviews.
Consolidate updates from multiple business functions and present key insights to senior stakeholders.
Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, and action items across the GCC.
Support governance forums, leadership reviews, operating committee meetings, and town halls.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze operational, financial, workforce, and program data to identify trends and recommendations.
Create meaningful visualizations and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business metrics.
Project & Program Management
Drive planning, execution, and tracking of strategic COO initiatives.
Establish project governance, reporting cadence, milestones, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver organizational priorities.
Content Creation & Employee Communications
Own creation of newsletters, leadership communications, success stories, and organizational announcements.
Ensure consistency of messaging across various communication channels.
