Senior Software Development Lead
Job requirements
Experience Range: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership, ideally within AI-augmented engineering environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platforms
Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enforce enterprise UI standards for consistency and efficiency
Develop robust user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, optimizing for accessibility, performance, and scalability
Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with front-end applications
Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to foster engineering excellence
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance, ensuring compliance and security
Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for reliability and scalability
Required Skills:
Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines
Expertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization techniques
Backend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
API development using REST and GraphQL
Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP also acceptable
CI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Preferred Skills:
Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems
Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture
Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applications
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, or similar platforms
Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and Message Queues
Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
Certification in front-end or full stack development such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer
Certification in cloud-native or DevOps practices, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
Relevant AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus
