Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with strong full-stack development capabilities, expertise in modern web technologies, and a solid understanding of marketing. This role goes beyond traditional website development and involves building, managing, and optimizing websites, custom platforms, marketing dashboards, CRM integrations, and data-driven solutions that support our marketing operations.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, content, product, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of complex projects, understands how technology supports marketing objectives, and actively explores AI-powered tools and approaches to improve development efficiency and deliver better digital experiences.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, independent problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies and build solutions beyond existing frameworks.

Requirements

B.Tech/BE degree is mandatory.

4+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with demonstrated experience delivering substantial production projects.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.

Practical experience developing React-based websites or applications, including reusable components, state management, API integration, and performance optimization.

Strong working knowledge of WordPress architecture, custom theme and plugin development, CMS customization, and back-end functionality.

Experience with back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or other suitable server-side frameworks.

Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and third-party service integrations.

Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and understanding database design and querying.

Hands-on experience with marketing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including dashboards, reporting, workflow configuration, API integrations, and lead management.

Demonstrated experience building or maintaining custom web applications, internal tools, integrations, or other projects involving both front-end and back-end components.

Practical experience using AI-powered development tools, building AI-enabled features, or integrating AI services into working applications. Candidates should be able to explain their actual implementation and contribution.

Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, hosting environments, debugging tools, and basic server management.

Understanding of website performance optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, analytics implementation, and conversion-focused development.

Ability and willingness to learn new frameworks, technologies, and platforms as project requirements evolve.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

Design, develop, manage, and maintain company web assets and digital properties using React, WordPress, and other relevant web technologies.

Build responsive, user-friendly, high-performance websites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive web experiences aligned with business and marketing requirements.

Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and integrations to support evolving website functionality.

Build and maintain React-based websites and applications, ensuring reusable components, scalable architecture, and consistent user experiences.

Work across the development stack, including front-end interfaces, server-side logic, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate campaign requirements, wireframes, and business objectives into functional digital experiences.

Manage website updates, technical maintenance, hosting configurations, security, and deployments.

Ensure websites are structured to support SEO requirements, conversion optimization, analytics tracking, and lead-generation activities.

Full-Stack & Custom Platform Development

Design and develop custom web applications, internal tools, marketing platforms, and business-specific solutions beyond conventional CMS-based websites.

Handle both front-end and back-end development, including application logic, database management, authentication, integrations, and server-side functionality.

Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate third-party services to enable seamless communication between applications and business systems.

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, from requirement gathering and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Manage and optimize marketing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent systems, ensuring that they effectively support lead management, campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing operations.

Create and maintain CRM dashboards, custom reports, data views, and performance reporting systems to support marketing decision-making.

Configure and develop API integrations between CRM platforms, websites, landing pages, analytics tools, internal systems, and other third-party applications.

Ensure accurate and timely lead capture, data synchronization, lead routing, and information transfer across connected platforms.

Troubleshoot data-relay issues, API failures, duplicate records, missing leads, field-mapping errors, and inconsistencies between connected systems.

Demonstrate practical experience using AI-powered tools, technologies, or integrations to improve development workflows, automate processes, or deliver functional solutions.

Write clean, modular, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code that follows established development standards.

Use Git or equivalent version-control systems to manage code, collaborate effectively, and maintain a reliable development history.

Implement appropriate error handling, input validation, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
