Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and engage potential customers through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and industry events.

Research target markets and identify ideal customer profiles across global markets.

Generate high-quality leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Lead Qualification & Sales Development

Qualify prospects based on their business needs, requirements, and potential fit.

Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.

Communicate Apptrove’s value proposition and platform offerings to prospective customers.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.

CRM Management & Pipeline Growth

Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Track outreach activities, lead progress, and meeting conversions.

Contribute to pipeline growth and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Share prospect feedback and market insights to strengthen outreach strategies and sales messaging.

Stay updated on Apptrove’s products, performance marketing, and mobile measurement technologies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales development, outbound lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.

A Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about SaaS products and marketing technology.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms is an advantage.

Strong research, prospecting, organizational, and follow-up skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team sales goals.
