Experience: 1–3 years in video production, field data collection, camera operations, or a related role preferred

Travel: Regular travel to assigned collection sites

About the role

We are hiring Video Collection Executives to capture egocentric video at industrial and commercial sites. You will set up and operate cameras, manage footage securely, and report daily collection progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

Set up and operate action cameras such as GoPro or DJI devices according to project recording guidelines.
Check framing, visibility, lighting, camera settings, battery life, and storage before and during each recording session.
Coordinate with site contacts and participants to follow the daily capture plan, site rules, and consent process.
Record accurate metadata for each video, including site, activity, participant ID, camera ID, date, start and end times, and duration.
Transfer footage from the camera or memory card to a laptop, verify that files play correctly, and upload them to the designated cloud location using the required naming convention.
Maintain a daily log of **recorded hours, uploaded hours, rejected or unusable footage, and pending uploads**.
Manage cameras, batteries, memory cards, and other assigned equipment; report damage, missing files, or technical issues promptly.
Share daily progress and blockers with the Project Manager and support any required recapture.

Required skills

Practical experience handling recording cameras, memory cards, batteries, and basic camera settings.
Ability to transfer, organize, verify, and upload large video files from camera to laptop to cloud storage.
Comfortable maintaining accurate trackers and daily reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work independently at onsite locations.
Willingness to travel and work within industrial or commercial environments.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Note: Experience with egocentric video capture or industrial site operations is an advantage.
