Tester III - Software Testing

Oracle-ORMB, Simplify QA Description: JOB POSITION Strong technical expertise in ORMB testing (manual and automation) with hands-on experience in the Simplify QA automation platform. Should be able to work on complex ORMB requirements, should have very strong logical and analysis skills. Should be able to capture the various scenarios for SIT, Regression and End to End testing based on the requirements and automate regression suites using Simplify QA. Good documentation skills to work on the various testing related artifacts. Should be able to raise risks or issues related to the deliverables in time. Good communication skills. Communicate/Collaborate with relevant onshore/offshore stakeholders to ensure quality delivery is done as per commitment (including Elevance Health vendors). Quick learner. JOB RESPONSIBILITY QA tester (ORMB / Simplify QA), will be responsible for the following: Must Have: 3 to 6 years of strong manual and automation testing experience on ORMB application (Customer, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Batch). Hands-on experience in Simplify QA (or equivalent codeless automation tool) - building, maintaining and executing automated web, API and database test cases and regression suites. Should be able to understand technical and functional requirements and derive exhaustive SIT, Regression and End to End test scenarios. Strong SQL skills for back-end validation of ORMB tables and batch outputs. Follow testing standards; Test Plan review process to be followed and quality of the deliverables needs to be met. Resolve technical issues/errors while executing the jobs/testing and maintain automation scripts for application changes. Work independently, with minimal guidance, and always deliver within the committed timelines. Should be able to scale up and learn new functions in the team. Communicate/Collaborate with onshore/offshore team members with respect to deliverables and be able to articulate his/her work/project. Should be able to take responsibility as POC of a team and mentor other associates. Soft skills to gel with the team and participate in all team activities and team building. Attend and discuss daily work/impediments in daily SCRUM calls. Flexible extending work hours as per project demand (sometimes during weekends). Nice to Have: Knowledge in ETL and BO testing. Experience in Control-M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool testing. Exposure to Selenium/Java or API automation (Postman/Rest Assured) and CI/CD integration of automation suites. Knowledge in health care billing; working experience in healthcare is a plus.
