Software Architect I

.NET Full Stack , AI, Application Architecture Carelon Global Solutions India is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, both manual and automated, to identify and resolve software defects. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate closely with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the product meet the highest quality standards. Application Architect (Agentic AI / .NET): Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft technologies. This role requires an individual who can define solution architecture while actively contributing to development activities as a senior developer. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing and building AI-driven conversational solutions, including IVR and Agentic AI applications, while guiding engineering teams on architecture, development standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Define end-to-end solution architecture for Agentic AI and conversational AI applications. • Act as a hands-on architect and contribute directly to design, development, and code reviews. • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies and modern architectural patterns. • Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams on architecture standards and implementation best practices. • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework or similar Agentic AI platforms. • Drive Agentic AI adoption, including agent orchestration, agent skills, and evaluation frameworks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Support integration of AI solutions with IVR systems, enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services. • Define and promote Agentic SDLC practices and specification-driven development methodologies. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Windsurf to enhance engineering productivity. • Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards. Qualification: • B. Tech /B.E. /MCA Experience: • Overall Experience: 10+ Years • Architecture Experience: 5+ Years • .NET Development Experience: 10+ Years • Agentic AI / Gen AI Exposure: Preferred • Healthcare Domain Experience: Preferred Skills and Competencies: • 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core development. • Strong experience in MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development. • Proven experience performing both Application Architect and Senior Developer responsibilities. • Good understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and capabilities. • Experience designing or supporting Call Center IVR and Agentic AI-based applications. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Agent Framework or similar Agentic AI frameworks. • Knowledge of Agentic AI Evaluations (Evals) and quality assessment methodologies. • Understanding of Agentic SDLC and AI application lifecycle management. • Understanding of Agent Skills, agent orchestration, and multi-agent architectures. • Experience working with SQL Server and/or Sybase databases. • Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis. • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency with Git version control. • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with Carelon SCS UM applications and related business processes. • Understanding of Voice AI and Chat AI Agent solutions. • Exposure to Angular development. • Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development methodologies. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
